KALCIFIL © – polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) staple fibers for the construction industry are used to increase the resistance of concretes and mortars to shrinkage crack formation, resistance to chemical de-icing agents, mechanical stress, frost resistance and fire resistance.

Advantages of staple fibers KLACIFIL:

  • is resistant to chemicals and harmless to the environment
  • prevents formation of shrinkage cracks during concrete setting
  • reduces the shrinkage of concrete
  • prevents negative effects of frost and snow melt on concrete
  • reduces carbonization of concrete
  • creates a surface resistant to impacts and abrasion
  • increases the tensile strength of concrete
  • increases durability of concrete structures
  • eliminates the problem of explosive destruction of concrete during a tunnel fire
  • reduces the risk inappropriate application from technological point of view

Typical applications staple fibers KALCIFIL:

  • ready-mix concrete
  • concrete for the construction of tunnels and roads
  • precast concrete products
  • monolithic construction
  • fiber-cement boards
  • concrete surfaces
  • industrial flooring
  • asphalt
  • refractory concrete

Assortment:

  • S (standard, unmodified)
  • Micro (modified by microfiller)
  • NANO (modified by nanoparticles)

The standard length of cut: 5, 12, 22, 38 mm
